I've been in the fitness industry for over 15 years learning my trade mainly in London as well as Australia and Devon.

My skills are in strength training, 1-2-1 training, group training, Boxacise as well as flexibility and core strengthening. My philosophy is creating a positive and sustainable mindset through fitness and nutrition.

I believe in healthy natural nutrition to help compliment a regular exercise program. My passion is not just physical training but more mindful training. A healthy mind makes for a healthy body. I love working with adults and their children helping bring that family fun to exercise.
